¼ cup vegan mayonnaise without vinegar (see recipe below)
½ teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon dill
Vegan Mayonnaise (no vinegar) Recipe
½ cup raw cashews
½ cup water
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon onion powder
3 tablespoons lemon juice
Blend all ingredients until smooth
Instructions
With a pastry cutter or fork, mash tofu till it is crumbly and mix in all ingredients. Shelf Life: 6-7 days. Variation: Add 1/4 cup chopped celery and 2 tablespoons sweet relish.
